A1. The Rapid Canine Babesia Ab Test Kit is a test cassette to diagnose the presence of Babesia antibodies in dog's serum/plasma specimen.
Q2. What is test principle for babesia test kits?
A2. The Rapid Canine Babesia Ab Test Kit is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test kit has a testing window for the observation of assay running and result reading. The testing window has an invisible T (test line) zone and a C (control line) zone before running the assay. When the treated sample was applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow through the surface of the test strip and react with the pre-coated Babesia recombinant antigens. If there are Babesia antibodies in the specimen, a visible T line will appear. The C line should always appear after a sample is applied, which indicates a valid result. By this means, the device can accurately indicate the presence of Babesia antibodies in the specimen.

A3. Store at 4 ~ 30ºC, in a cool and dry place, avoid freezing. It is valid for 24 months.
